The Squash Like Egyptians (SLE) Course is designed to introduce athletes, coaches, and parents to the core principles behind elite squash performance. Built on the same training methodologies used by Egypt’s most successful junior and professional players, the course delivers a structured, evidence-based approach to long-term player development.
 

SLE combines technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and squash-specific physical preparation with modern sports science.
